An 8-k attending the old issue of no auditor!! WTF? This is a great CEO? This shows how desperate the situation we are in actually is... I think there is a major hitch in the deal,,, or perhaps never was one. This 8-k with no mention of the single most important event for BRWC for many months is more than disturbing. H2O Gold my ass.
