Maybe Aeropostale isnt in default with MGF...it could be that MGF is in default because MGF couldnt supply the demand from Aeropostale because of the record sales in India and the sales in US...which is what Aeropostale said was happening! That MGF wasnt supplying like the contract stipulated! just my opinion!
