One more time, how it works.
1. There are (were) some real gold producing companies in Magadan with known names and history of actual gold production (Markray, Krong, Mayskaya, etc.)
2. Open small twin private corporations with the same name in Moscow region. For example, Markray and Mayskaya were both registered with statute capital 10,000 rub (about $150) in 2009 in Roshal.
3. Buy empty pinky shell in Delaware and change it’s name to Russian prototype (Markray in this case). It’s easy and cheap. There are plenty of scams that changed their names dozens of times.
4. Claim that your US shell owns that Russian entity. Russian assets are very convenient. First, nobody speaks Russian and can confirm US ownership. Second, you can announce multi-billion assets and huge revenues, and nobody can verify it. Third, if you get caught there is no way to find and sue you in Russia… unless you are in Canada, Mrs. Korogod.

I think after Markray is finished the next pinky will be named "Mayskaya" - the Russian corporation with the same Roshal "asset" is ready.
