They're not mentioned. Neither are the other companies.

The 13g also states that the 363,000,000 shares are 9.99% of the outstanding amount as of October 2016.
This is a deliberate number, as not to exceed 10%. Which means the purchase occurred during or after October, because 9.99% of the company's outstanding shares in September would look much different.

This is a purchase from their last quarter. I think it's nothing more than an investment group.
