Adam Feuerstein is a notorious short of small biotechs. I would only worry if he said something positive about CTIX. I would more concerned if you had a monkey jumping up and down on youtube holding a "CTIX sucks" poster.

FDA asking for changes made in a SPA is not a rejection rather a step towards acceptance. It was not buried it was the whole second half of the PR. Please note also that we were PR'd when the phase 2b Brilacidin data went in to "soft lock" too.
