Respectfully as possible, I don't know how much time you have on your plate. If you go back and look at previous 10K or Q's from the company that Meris Kott-Goldstein and Lindsey Perry are associated with they are tied with a individual in this company also. All I can say is don't expect this to be a legitimate investment. Take a look at their previous company, today I believe the SEC delisted it, they were sued and the lost to a previous investor for an award judgement of over 100K I believe that was reported in their 10K that came out for associated company.
