Quite possible two scenarios

BTZO is obviously gone through a lot, silence for way too long, that in itself has created the guessing game.

Secondly they hear it constantly, the same thing, as if no one read it the last ~50 times. The way it is presented is in itself off standing. Fact or not, I'm not here to decide that.
Must obtain and retain strategy.
