This stocks float is so low that it is bound to have massive swings. I don't have a position here but I am very interested as to why Essex wants 9.88% of this company.

The swing other than being a product of a low floater could be from people loading up and dumping with profits based on this filing.

I don't know much about Essex and I don't know why they want these shares but I'd like to find out.
