Go register yourself & buy-up all NDOL shares then... GOOD LUCK trying to purchase all the restricted shares in the Russian insiders hands at such absurdly low PPS that we currently have...

I'm sure they's make you pay close to fair market value... IF you or anyonelse could manage to to pull together that type of money.... I know I don't have that much cash sitting around the house..

Good luck in your attempt at getting a lower Buy-in PPS for NDOL!
