More of my 2 cents--

After the Reverse Split, there will be approximately 2,319,311 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding,(( THIS NUMBER IS BASED ON THE DEC 31, 2015 OS)) the exact number to be determined after effectiveness of the Reverse Split based on the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding at the time the Reverse Split is effected ((THE OS WILL BE LARGER DUE TO THE CONVERTING OF THE PFDS))

Tnen smaller ,, around 56-57 mil after the RS split..

I believe I remember reading in the release that the pfds would be converted just prior to the RS----this maitains the proportionality of our ownership......I think.
