Not unless they file. If one were to try and do it themselves,it would probably cost more than the shares are worth!

NOW A CLASS ACTION SUIT COULD BE A DIFFERENT STORY. ESPECIALLY IF THE ATTORNEY BELIEVES HE CAN GET PAID OUT OF A SETTLEMENT.
