Makes sense! Thanks Gary! Is this typically institutions or traders with advanced softwares that can beat us commoners to market?

Just curious if it is something where the buyer has an advantage of speed that we don't have? It feels like we are at an unfair advantage to some degree where the institutions or algo traders could take the shares before day traders even get a chance....
