Still does not answer what GDSI is bringing to the table for Rontan. If GDSI was adept at getting or having a share of the American Market, how did they screw up NACSV? GDSI is offering Rontan zilch, other than the Bolzan Brothers giving up their company. And a huge amount of the offer is based on "Earn Outs". With GDSI track record with NACSV, I would not bank on getting any of that. Bad deal for Rontan all the way around.
