The statement has been made in every single 8K that has been filed since October 13th 2015. It's the rule of credibility. These guys are just getting started and they need to raise cash.. Nothing has changed in this 8K for the 12month operations plan. The share structure and OS is still to my liking, they have appointed some great people to the board and are actually taking strides to get successful acquisitions made. This is a start-up and will trade up and down until things get settled. They are making strides to become cash flow positive this year which is an aggressive approach which is not often seen in pink land. Only time will tell here.
