I beg to differ

As it seems none of the associated companies have reported on time. This can many many things, one of them is not 'bad news'. Considering the time and resources invested to create these associations, surely was not done to create legal issues for all, including the parent company.

Being delinquent in the OTC is by far an end of the world scenario.
