ALIX AND LIT TO FAST-TRACK ELECTRA LITHIUM PROJECT!

http://www.4-traders.com/ALIX-RESOURCES-CORP-1408964/news/Alix-Resources-AND-LITHIUM-AUSTRALIA-ANNOUNCES-DEFINITIVE-AGREEMENT-WORK-PROGRAM-COMMENCING-ON-TH-22194211/

I canvassed the opinion of a London based BCN messageboard, regarding the development of technology to include "the Sonora Project currently owned by Bacanora Minerals Ltd. and REM"
Received an interesting reply:

Thanks for that link - it makes for interesting reading, not the least of all in relation to the speed with which Alix/LIT are playing catch-up with BCN/REM. Since the arrival of Alix on our doorsteps (N & S), with their early links to LIT, it had always seemed possible to me that we would not merely adopt LIT's processing solution but, very probably, share the expense of JV processing plants. Commercially, given the capital cost of the plants, that just seems to make so much sense to me. I'm sure that's the reason why BCN "allowed" Alix to acquire the contiguous plots. Nevertheless, potash is the by-product whether we run with the process described in the PFS Tech Report or whatever "streamlined", 'novel' (anyone remember KM using that expression ?) process LIT develops in association with Alix. Methinks this may be the reason why BCN seems to be (is) dragging its feet; they're applying gentle pressure on the brakes to allow Alix/Lit to catch up so that the two ventures can align.

Thus far no mention has been made here of the Borates. The last RNS gave some details of the amended PEA and showed capex of just $7.25m compared with $111m for the Lithium Processing/Beneficiates plants. IMHO, BCN will proceed with the Borates as a stand-alone project whilst the REM/BCN Lithium exploitation will involve a JV, in terms of processing, with Alix/LIT and it will be that 4-way partnership that gives rise to the "unique funding" to which DL has made reference.
