If there was $$$ for a dividend then hundreds of restricted shares - where you have to wait a year - cause they are stamped restricted(if you take paper - cause your a long term shareholder like me); or if you take electronic shares - your broker gets them in a block and does not break them up into your shares and others shares - so you can do nothing with them. Worse if they are in a 401K or Roth.

Quite aware of what happens to dividend shares for small companies in this current electronic world - and for me never want them anymore i.e. my comment about "will sell my shares AND BUY BACK LATER after the award date".

Let's agree to let management retain the cash for growth of the firm - cause we never know what confronts our small firm - nor the extra funds they may need to purchase another complementary firm to enable faster growth.
