Canwealth is in talks with the SEC, thus a penality for being late remains to be seen and if there is one they will deal with it. This company is just getting started and they will mine shadow mountain. Can wealth has everything it needs for GREAT success and that is very valuable claims and the right professionals on board to get the job done. The company has everything going for it and their in a great position to send the share price sky high and thay will do just that.
