Would this disclosure result in dilution? Is the PR only due to amount of shares purchased? Is there anything significant about the investor as far as this stock concerned? I was reading on another stock board and the same pr was released for another penny stock as well. Could this penny stock and others be part of a bigger investment strategy? Are there lottery pick small cap funds that people can invest in? May be part of upcoming mj investment fund? I saw no sign off from osl holdings. I wonder who would do the signing off on things now if it becomes necessary.
