If you have done your DD then you'd know before the management switch there was a 45 day cycle of between 400 mil and 700 mil shares for a few months and that they came out with Financials showing very little debt left for DNAX, there was virtually no debt left before this round of 1 bil shares.. I don't know but this sounds to me like a funds raiser for a production run..
