Well since the beginning of 2016 it looks like he was able to find investors to the tune of roughly 700 million shares. Take a look at the 13G's since then. Last time I checked with the TA when he went on his selling spree last year there were just shy of the 2 Billion shares out there of the 2.7 Billion. Add these last shares to that from January and we are getting close to the 2.6 Billion outstanding. I don't think the OS was greater than that.
