You are correct on pending class actions. I believe there were a few that got consolidated awhile back.I also seem to recall that this was part of the wrangling for sharing of stuff that led to hearing delays back in like December. Your best source on stuff like that would be Peter Chapman's website or you can try this recap of older cases:
