Definitely benefits someone working continuously with CSTI to keep the SP low with minimal volume. When you want to buy, big blocks all of a sudden disappear then endless 2500 share blocks and trying to bring it and push it down. Amazing story here. Trading below the date when they announced a strategic review despite the disclosures in the 8k, etc.
