No holiday in the US last Friday. No reason to be late. But, no real penalty for doing so. Unless there is an ulterior motive (delaying conversions could be one) we should see the filing sooner rather than later. They did have a bunch of shares, at least 300 million, not accounted for in 8K's and they have had billions and billions convert, and a few big notes to resolve, figuring everything out and making sure everything previously stated was 100% accurate could be challenging,,a few extra days may have been needed. We shall see soon enough.
