Still operational. They are using cmmobile HK to do this. You can purchase a card online. I did and received it within 10days. The lack of reporting is impart to bad management and them not wanting IRONRIDGE to make money. A lot of what you read or hear is speculation. This stock is up in the air. Either a big winner or a big loser.
