A child could have argued this point. Here read this rulebook...did they follow the law. Nope. The defense only has the argument that we can do what we want. We are the government. Checks and balance seem to take forever. One gov lawyer said if this is over turned the gov will be on the hook for billions and billions of dollars. Yelp...we know that. U just now figuring that out.
