This is still a pump-and-dump scheme. Unless and until the thieves of WM, Paul G., Chris Z. and whosoever that Patrick Smyth is, come up with verified and audited numbers of expenses cut, HailYes or Motometers' sales, revenues, net-income, this is still a pump-and-dump scheme.
