Agreed, this is why I am buying as many as I can. Not much downside at this level, but plenty of upside.

PR came out about the State of California ballot items this November, expecting next news of 10k and name change.

Don't think the name change will come until the price tops a half penny to draw more revenue than levels we are at now. Company may even do a buyback to get it there.

Name change will be huge, this makes it an almost new IPO , so expect new big money to at least run the number and place on watchlists. Any breakouts and major buying starts bringing it to
$.05 - $.06
