AG client NHR has not been granted a dispenserary license, nor has any members in the newly formed LLC..AG coyly worded and pumped the location approval, which is not that tough if you followed MJ location guidelines, but that's no where close to have been granted the MJ license..There is presently a moratorium on issuing new licenses, Miller strategically continues delaying the renovation date completion, first harvest now pushed back to august/september..and he will delay again..I believe legislation for issuing licenses is november (?), and Miller rolling the dice that the American Green-Arizona LLC can nab one...tons of people will apply..meanwhile, pump PRS and share selling occur.
