The Navy is very aware of DARPA's Open Manufacturing framework which Honeywell and SGLB are in Phase 2 and it's being utilized already.

DARPA’s OM framework and data schema are already being used by the Navy in their efforts to produce flight-critical metallic components with an additivemanufacturing-certified Technical Data Package, with plans to field a set of flightcritical metallic components for the V-22, H-1, and CH-53K platforms by 2017.

This study examines additive manufacturing (AM) and describes its potential impact on the Navy’s Supply Chain
Management processes. Included in the analysis is the implementation of 3D printing technology and how it could
impact the Navy’s future procurement processes, specifically based on a conducted analysis of the automotive
aerospace industry. Industry research and development has identified multiple dimensions of AM technology,
including material variety, cost saving advantages, and lead-time minimizations for manufacturing products. This
project is designed to provide the Navy with a recommendation based on an in-depth industry case-study analysis.

The Navy is very aware of SGLB and it is proven. Navy awarded the contract to Sigma Labs whether they were a sub or not. I can assure you that the PM is aware of the subs on their contract.
Navy knows who SGLB is.
Please present your verifiable evidence that indicates otherwise.
