It would be very strange to have equal parts of the executive branch on opposite sides. It's happened before in history but it never lasted very long. It was always settled quickly.
The DA or the Potus would have to resolve this.
I got a feeling we are seeing the future of any DEA decision in the VA's actions.
If that is the case, then the sky is actually the limit because no one is expecting the DEA to change their scheduling of MJ. There is muted hope at best.
