This has me stumped:

If all stock option grant, warrant and contingent shares are issued, approximately 1.883 billion of our currently authorized 3 billion shares of common stock will be issued and outstanding.


I recall being told these shares were needed for mergers and acquisitions, none of which have materialized. All of a sudden, 1.883 billion shares could be issued and outstanding???

I've been a big supporter of PHOT but unless they show the shareholders something then they are only left to guess and that is usually not happy thoughts.
