So let me get this straight...there is a 'water permit' issued for a lithium processing plant that hasn't been built in Nevada. Is that what that whole page of licensing was about?

How come there is no mention of the permits needed for the construction of the plant...and no information about the $300,000,000 they would have to raise to build such a plant.

I guess if your gullible enough....a permit to use water translates into a 'working lithium mine'.
