Agree.....In fact this site had an article out relying on a "source" that Tullow's well drilled by this same rig was a dry hole. Less than a week later Tullow announced in a PR in Mid march the well had found 700 meters of pay.

But it still makes sense to me that CESPA would postpone the second well as for the reason i posted about earlier
