Check out the green accumulation/distribution line placed behind the price in the 52 wk chart. Clearly someone has been accumulating for some time. In my experience, the a/d line and the pps always meet. It may take some time for the pps to rise to meet the a/d, or for the a/d to come down to meet the pps, but eventually they always meet.
