$TBEV ~ As previously reported, the company is pleased to announce it has settled its litigation with Alpha Capital Anstalt with both parties agreeing to an amicable settlement that resulted in a significant reduction to what Anstalt was initially asking for in interest and penalties. All settlement provisions have been met and all documents have been executed and filed with the courts in order to have the lawsuit dismissed. This Settlement Agreement supersedes the lawsuit and any previously awarded judgements attached to it.
