As a shareholder, I am also disappointed that management has yet to get the reports out. You have a responsibility to shareholders and your employees. If I were this late on something I was working on as part of my job, I'd clearly be fired.

I strongly urge the management team to focus every waking effort to get the reporting requirements up to date and start the rehabilitation process of the stock price.

Just get it done.
