First sane thing I have seen done by a state--and its OHIO of all places.
The hemp question is a tag along issue (much ado about nothing as I see it) but bringing it along with MEDICAL MJ makes all the sense in the world. MED MJ is where its at IMO, and therein lies the investment opportunity.
Doing it all in one step by a legislature is smart, efficient and welcome. Still can't believe it's OHIO, but that is probably due to my being of age when Kent State went down--bad taste left after that.
I wish NC had taken this approach, although just looking at the row over the LGBT issue I guess asking for reasonableness for MED MJ is maybe asking TOO much.
