Some may not know that BRWC only draws about 5% of its yearly allowance. The other 95% has a lot of value in itself. ARABS would love to get it up to speed and capture the other 95% of water.

That is a lot of value in itself. This is why I believe that .03 to .05 a share plus more is a fair price. P.S just my opinion.P.S HOLDING THIS EXTREMELY WAY UNDERVALUED COMPANY HAS BEEN A BLESSING HOLDING LONG AND STRONG.
