Volume says it all. Buyers are here again, and have been for the past 3+ weeks. Large bloc buys are common. We had a bid yesterday for 1MLL @ .0261 which was never filled and lots of 100K+ blocs. The handwriting is clearly on the wall. Volume has been commonly over 9MLL almost daily the past weeks, with some alot higher. Volume ALWAYS preceedes PPS. Count on that. It could be an immense year for PPCH. Sure looks like reward clearly outweighs risk at this point. Do your own DD and invest accordingly.
