Well THIS makes interesting reading....

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1670869/000166357716000109/mainbody.htm#a_009

193rd Judicial District Court of Dallas County Texas. Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (RMHB) FKA Totally Hemp Crazy, Inc. V Rodney Peterson (Peterson) and Rocky Mountain High Canada, Inc. (RMHC), Case #DC-16-01416; Date Filed: February 4, 2016.

Why does Jerry fail to mention that Peterson sued him first? How strange to leave that out of an official SEC filing.

You can read Jerry's filing here:

https://courtsportal.dallascounty.org/DALLASPROD

Search for "DC-16-01416"

You'll see that Jerry's lawsuit is a result of Peterson's demand for his $500,000 to be returned. Peterson hired a lawyer who "has already made and delivered, in the State of Texas, written demand upon the Plaintiff [RMHB] for its refund to Defendant RMHCI of the sum of $500,000 (U.S.D.)" (Page 7)

I love where Jerry admits that his demand to keep the $500,000 is "extra-contractual." (page 9) Lawyers always laugh when the opposing attorney admits, in their own filing, that their client's demand has absolutely no basis in the contract each party signed.
