Yes, they are both dodgy low-lifes. Surprising to me that Timothy Benjamin seems to be holding down a day job. Not sure that Barton R Budman is that capable. Interesting to note that Sierra was not Budman's first trip to a bankruptcy court. Before Sierra, he was a failed restaurateur, owner of Kansas City Steakhouse in Miami which went belly up in 2006. Bet the food was absolute crap.
