I don't put much faith in Kramer/the Street...

but this news was put out everywhere. Let it scare off the shorties. I firmly believe Linn Energy is working towards a restructure. I have seen this type of hype before. There are gainers in this sectors demise. But as oil increases in price...this sector will recover.
