K-9, One would hope that "NO news" comes out from the company "UNTIL" we are on the OTCBB.

Any news while we are trading on the greys will be a total waste.

Here is why...we have been naked shorted.

I called my broker on several occasions. My broker mainly uses NITE for a Market maker.

Although there is no maket maker publicly quoting EXBX yet, you can call your broker and get a Bid and Ask via a phone call.

I have an order in for .15 cents thru my broker who uses NITE. I called my broker and asked for a bid and ask. My broker said I have to call the market maker, I said which one, they said NITE as that is who we use mainly. After a minute or two, they came back and told me that the Bid was .10 cents and the Ask was .25 cents.

The highest bid should be the one that the market maker that I use tells me. My order is at .15 cents thru NITE, but NITE said the highest bid is .10 cents.

Instead they tell me a lower bid than mine. This is BS and proof to me that some funny business is occuring while we are on the grey market.

Go figure who shorty could be...

At any rate, Im ready....come on NASD and clear the form 211 so we can get out of this grey market...

I expect news the day we start trading on the OTCBB and not a minute sooner...IMO.

One could read the company profile and speculate we might be getting some news of marketing the company's product sometimes in summer 2006.
