Do you know who is now representing him? It would appear from the order in your post that he's changed from Kaspar to Delnicki, which would be telling. Kasper costs money and Delnicki is a court appointed lawyer whose 23 year background in "Criminal Law" focused on traffic violations. If currently represented by Delnicki then Frank is doomed, which is payback for years of incredulous and nefarious behavior. As he can't raise the meager $20k to post bail, neither through liquidating assets he doesn't have nor through the bondsmen approached, I'm inferring he's unable to pay for Kaspar (whom he probably conned into representing him in the first place). Perhpas he's resorted to his own "infinite knowledge of the law" using a free Delnicki as his puppet?
