Let's see. They do not answer the phone. Their website does not function. Social media has been shuttered for quite some time, like last September. Last anyone heard so much as a peep, it was announced by filing a form that they will be late in reporting counting all the money, which all signs point to, not much to count at all. Seems fishy.
