Look's like they're aggressive in regards to defending their IP.

Also interesting "QD Vision is headquartered in Lexington, Massachusetts, with additional facilities in Tokyo, Japan; Taipei, Taiwan; and Shenzhen, China."
---Believe I read on here multiple times how QDV and Nanosys would LOVE to be the FIRST into the Chinese market...
