This is all under wraps, tactfully suppressed (Yazoo example), limited appreciation, only what's publicly known is what's required. We must read between the lines, job openings, DD, etc. When it happens, it will be unexpected. IMHO these $1-2 buyout projections is far below what it will be 'if' there's a buyout. Personally I see and hope partnership.
