Some strange ideas,
First off I don't get why everyone gets excited about another state passing some ludicrous law in favor of hemp. Logically the more that do, the more the growing, the more the growing the higher the demand for decortication services, the higher the demand the more business's get into it. And NOT with fixed based plants. That is archaic. Portable units will eat HEMPs lunch. Already is.
Its been two years and this plant hasn't started and engine.
World War Two was won in 5 years. Now at this rate, HEMP might have a presence in 5 states in 15 years--the plants rated capacity is 3,000 acres, and the plant sure enough won't move. So, the crop will only be 45,000 acres? And exactly where HEMP is located? You are in for a surprise. Do you know how much CORN was planted last year? How about wheat? How about Pumpkins? NO? You should. Go look.

Why does EVERYONE avoid facing the PUBLISHED FACT that in Canada decortication is figured into the P&L at $80/acre. Why? Because that figure is the death knell for HEMP-- just look away, don't acknowledged it--maybe it will go away! Its not.
Australia has just launched a really nice portable decorticator for about $350,000--and started shipping in February. They have USA back-ordered--Not a 10 million dollar plant--- but a piece of farm equipment. That's important--here's why.
For the 99.9% who have no idea how farming is done these days--it is very much a corporate environment, carefully calculated for high yields, low input costs. Of the very many changes to this industry since reading Farmer Jones books in school--is that equipment has become centralized--roving bands of capital intense expensive machines running 24-7 during planting and harvest. Even spraying, cultivating and to some extent soil prep--are handled by companies that do that specific task.
Its all pumped into a computer with long term weather forecasts, commodities reports, even factors in political voting years--and out comes the plan for that year--everybody goes under contract, and its set in motion, The first thing a Farmer does in the Morning is NOT milk the cows, but checks the commodity prices and forecast for what he/she is growing--and may institute a Put or a Call on that price for protection. Really, few have an idea what this is all about.
Any of this even REMOTELY sound like HEMP?--guys running around, staring multi tasks finishing none of them--pumping out the PR's and SELLING STOCK. This is a cluster just waiting to happen, and it will--WHILE all the other people in this industry will keep on doing it right-one foot in front of the other--building from EXPERIENCE. Just to reiterate the EXPERIENCE factor of HEMP, the two main guys running this company are an EX_CON Drug Smuggler, and the guy who ran the operations for the last company who owned this DECORTICATOR--AND WENT BANKRUPT. Not a bell ringer.
The stock is 4.5 cents, it is less that 3.4% of its all time high of 2 years ago--nothing works, nothing is selling--something is terribly wrong--and investor money is paying for the mistakes--and keeping those in control in a VERY NICE LIFESTYLE.
It will be crystal clear in hind sight--always is, and then the clamor from those who got screwed -- where was the SEC, where was the DOJ, how could a KNOWN felon operate this way!
Just like they did with Bruce and MJNA.
