Maybe there's another angle to this. Could the CEO be dumping because he is being replaced after the divvy? Someone is casing in I almost certain. (But, of course, come to your own conclusion.) Maybe the sell off is to gain followers on the stock board?

It's looking for a bottom. Hate to see it hit the 1's.
